Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1-3 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to perform basic math; operations using currency, measurements, and percentages.
• Ability to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, guiding them through the sale, and promoting the Scheels Visa Credit Card.
• Maintain expert product knowledge and lead product knowledge training for other associates.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Manage inventory by running and analyzing Internal Flash Reports.
• Keep backstock organized and ensure merchandise is displayed and replenished on the sales floor.
• Ensure products are accurately displayed with price tagging, sales stickers, and signage.
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-oriented atmosphere.
• Communicate professionally with associates, vendors, and the Scheels Campus.
• Ensure the work area is clean, organized and safe.
