Job summary

Scheels in Tulsa is seeking a sales associate to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You'll engage with customers, assess needs, recommend products, and promote the Scheels Visa.

Maintain product knowledge, train others, meet sales goals, and keep backstock organized. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and professional appearance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging with customers, assessing needs and guiding them through the sale.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge in selling areas and lead product knowledge training for associates.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals while delivering high-quality customer experiences.
• Manage inventory by running and analyzing internal reports and ensuring accurate backstock and display.
• Keep merchandise organized, properly displayed, priced, tagged, and labeled.
