Scheels in Tulsa seeks an energetic team member for sales on the shop floor, delivering a personalized WOW customer experience. You will greet customers, assess needs, promote products, and encourage Scheels Visa usage, while meeting personal sales goals and upholding our ESOP culture.

The role includes merchandising, training of new associates, and using AS400 and Office tools. A high school diploma or GED is required with 1–3 months of sales experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of sales experience preferred.
• Commitment to friendly, personalized customer service.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers on the sales floor with courtesy and a smile.
• Engage with customers, assess needs, and promote products and Scheels Visa.
• Grow personal sales by hitting goals and following Scheels' sales standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising and assist with freight and inventory restocking.
• Demonstrate product usage and retrieve items up to 6 ft high.
• Attend product trainings and store meetings.
• Assist in training new associates.
• Use PC and handheld inventory scanners; know MS Office and AS400.
• Support leadership with other assigned duties.
