Scheels is seeking an enthusiastic Part-time Sales Associate in Chandler, AZ. You will greet customers, identify needs, and recommend products while promoting the Scheels Visa. The role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing product training, and maintaining high visual standards on the sales floor.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of sales experience. You may work evenings, weekends, and holidays with variable hours, totaling about 20 per week, in a supportive store

• 1–3 months of sales experience.
• Ability to use a computer and handheld scanner (AS400).

Responsabilités

• Greet customers on the sales floor with courtesy and a smile to make them feel welcome.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying needs and promoting products and Scheels Visa.
• Grow personal sales by meeting goals and following Scheels' sales standards.
• Create a positive end-user experience with purchased products.
• Maintain visual merchandising and assist with freight processing and inventory restocking.
• Demonstrate product usage and access items from heights.
• Attend product training and store meetings; assist in training new associates.
• Navigate computer systems and inventory tools to support operations.
