Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 15–35 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively assist with shopping needs.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards on floor sets, signage and pricing.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty, warranties and private label cards.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and SOPs; maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected.
• Support the team across the store as needed and perform other tasks per management.
