You will drive sales, manage product recommendations, merchandising, and department upkeep while ensuring compliance and safety. The role requires weekend availability and flexibility across hours.

The ideal candidate brings prior retail leadership, strong communication, and a passion for the outdoors; knowledge of firearms compliance is a plus.
