North 40 Outfitters in Havre, MT is hiring a Full-Time Sporting Goods Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and keep the sporting goods department stocked and inviting.

You will handle merchandising, assist customers on fishing, hunting, and camping gear, and support store operations during flexible hours Mon-Sat 7am-7pm and Sun 9am-5pm. We value teamwork, initiative, and dependability and offer competitive wages and benefits.

• Understanding of correct lifting and loading techniques. Physical ability to lift and carry 0-25 lbs. continuously, 25-45 lbs. frequently, and 45-65 lbs. occasionally, and team lift anything over 65 lbs.

Responsibilities
