North 40 Outfitters in Havre, MT is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the heartbeat of our Havre store. You’ll lead daily operations, drive guest experiences, and coach a small team to deliver outstanding service.

You’ll manage scheduling, inventory, and store standards while engaging with the local community to build trust and loyalty. This role requires flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and 50+ hours weekly.

• Flexibility to work Mon–Sat with potential weekends/holidays.
• Experience in retail, sales, merchandising a plus.

• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and safety procedures.
