Job summary

Scheels All Sports, Inc. in Overland Park, KS is seeking an Equipment Service Associate to diagnose, repair, and maintain store gear such as bicycles, skis, snowboards, and more. You will also order parts, fill CO2 tanks, and assist with delivering equipment to customers.

The ideal candidate has a clean drivers license and is willing to obtain DOT certification, with basic mechanical knowledge. Schedule is 9am–9pm Mon-Sat and 11am–6pm Sun, averaging about 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Clean, valid drivers license is required.
• Willingness to obtain DOT certification.
• Mechanical knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and provide maintenance and assembly of customer and store equipment.
• Order and follow up with vendors for repair parts.
• Safely fill CO2 and compressed air tanks for paintball markers.
• Maintain accurate records for store and customer equipment.
• Assist with delivering and loading equipment and merchandise to customers.
• Read and interpret safety, operation, and maintenance documents.
• Flexible to work schedules between 9am and 9pm Mon-Sat, and 11am-6pm Sun.
