Job summary

Scheels All Sports, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose, repair, and assemble a wide range of store equipment, from bicycles to snowboards. This role supports both stores and guests with hands-on service and safety-conscious workmanship.

Candidates should have a clean, valid driver’s license and be willing to obtain DOT certification; mechanical knowledge is preferred. This is a full-time position in Chandler, AZ with comprehensive benefits including ESOP and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean, valid driver’s license and be willing to obtain DOT certification.
• Mechanical knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately diagnose and perform maintenance and assembly of store equipment.
• Order and follow up with vendors for repair parts.
• Safely fill CO2 and compressed air tanks for paintball markers.
• Maintain detailed records for store and customer equipment.
• Assist with delivering and loading equipment to customers’ residences.
• Read and interpret safety and operation documents and manuals.
• Work flexible hours between 9 am and 9 pm, Mon-Sat; 11 am–6 pm on Sun.
