Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of retail experience.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences through product knowledge and service.
• Support department plans and staffing with management, including scheduling and prioritization.
• Lead sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and developing teammates to build a strong team.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management across direct reports.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and store policies to protect customers and assets.
