Job summary

i9 Sports Pasadena is seeking enthusiastic youth sports coaches to lead practice sessions and develop players ages 3-17 across popular sports. The role emphasizes a team-based atmosphere and having fun while teaching fundamentals.

You will demonstrate core sportsmanship values, communicate game-day information to players and parents, and provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge.
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
• Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values.
• With the help of established platforms, communicate game day information to players and parents.
