Job summary

i9 Sports seeks a Volleyball Instructor to lead youth athletes, ages 7 to 14, and deliver expert instruction in a positive, fun environment.

You will run practices, model sportsmanship, and communicate game-day details to players and parents using our platforms. The role emphasizes client service and a strong, enthusiastic coaching presence across our community programs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge required.
• Highly motivated self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Able to work a varied schedule including weekends and some evenings.
• Must pass National Criminal Background Check.

Job Summary

The Volleyball Instructor is a hands-on role that will lead athletes and provides expert instruction in their designated sport. The Instructor is directly responsible for providing the i9 Sports Experience and driving a positive youth sports culture on the field for boys and girls ages 7 to 14.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
• Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values
• With the help of established platforms, communicate game day information to players and parents
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

Locations

• Severna Park Community Center (Sunday afternoons, Fall season begins on 9/13)
