Job summary

i9 Sports Bel Air seeks a Sports Coordinator to enhance the experience for players and coaches. You will build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while ensuring instructional elements are delivered.

The role involves observing, assessing, and assisting our coaches across age groups during practices and games. You will empower volunteer coaches, teach core sportsmanship values, and supervise game-day operations with a focus on outstanding customer service and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

Job Summary

The Sports Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. The Sports Coordinator will need to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered. Observing, assessing, and assisting our coaches is paramount. The position entails hands‑on involvement with practices and games among all age groups and skill levels.
