Job summary

i9 Sports is seeking a Coach to lead youth athletes in designated sports, delivering expert instruction and fostering a positive on-field culture. You’ll implement the i9 Sports Experience while guiding players and assisting parents with on-site coordination.

The role requires delivering engaging practices, modeling sportsmanship, and maintaining a high level of energy and service throughout the season. Weekend and some evenings are required for the full season.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication is essential for interacting with players and parents.
• Experience coaching a sport and knowledge of game fundamentals.
• Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values.
• Communicate game day information to players and parents with the help of platforms.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.

Job Summary

The Coach is a hands-on role that will lead athletes and provides expert instruction in their designated sport. The Coach is directly responsible for providing the i9 Sports Experience and driving a positive youth sports culture on the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun


• Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values


• With the help of established platforms, communicate game day information to players and parents


• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills


• Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge


• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently


• Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, :7 weeks)
