Job summary

i9 Sports invites qualified Sport Instructors to lead youth athletes in our fun-focused programs. You will guide practice sessions, emphasize fundamentals, and model sportsmanship while building coaching skills in a supportive environment.

Role requires excellent communication, sport-specific coaching knowledge, and flexibility to work weekends/evenings. Training and advancement opportunities are available as we expand across communities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
• Highly motivated self-starter; able to work independently.
• Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.

• Communicate game day information to players and parents with the help of established platforms.

Job Summary

The Sport Instructor is a hands-on position that will lead athletes and provides expert instruction in their designated sport. The Sport Instructor is directly responsible for providing the i9 Sports Experience and driving a positive youth sports culture on the field.
