Job summary

i9 Sports is looking for a hands-on Sport Instructor to lead athletes and provide expert instruction in their sport. The position supports a fun, safe, and positive youth sports culture on the field, delivering the i9 Sports experience.

You’ll run practice sessions that emphasize fundamentals and sportsmanship, communicate game day details to players and parents, and offer excellent customer service while serving as a role model for young athletes throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to work weekends and some evenings for the full season (~7 weeks).

Job Summary

The Sport Instructor is a hands-on position that will lead athletes and provides expert instruction in their designated sport. The Sport Instructor is directly responsible for providing the i9 Sports Experience and driving a positive youth sports culture on the field.

• Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
• Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values
• With the help of established platforms, communicate game day information to players and parents
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently
• Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, :7 weeks)
