Job summary

EssilorLuxottica in the United States is seeking a Sales Representative for Oakley/Ray-Ban in the Sports Regional Accounts. You will manage key eyewear customers, drive sales targets, and promote brand values across our territory.

The role emphasizes field time, relationship building, training store staff, and executing brand merchandising while meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals. Travel up to 100% may be required depending on geography.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct sales experience with proven results.
• Must be able to carry sample bags weighing at least 25 lbs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales performance and ability to increase revenues.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships.
• Excellent training and presentation skills.
• Strong visual merchandising background.
• Strong problem solving abilities.
• Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Significant and regular field time with up to 100% travel.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in US.

Responsibilities

• Act as a NA Sport eyewear ambassador, promoting Oakley & Ray-Ban while upholding brand integrity.
• Proactively manage brand distribution in the territory and expand customer base.
• Ensure brand merchandising standards and materials are up to date and reflect brand positioning.
• Develop strong relationships at all levels within practices and businesses.
• Follow NA Sport sales processes and standards.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales, average unit price, distribution, and door productivity targets.
• Use brand materials to train staff and reinforce consistent messaging.
• Develop a call plan to ensure coverage of customers within an 8-week rotation.
• Represent EssilorLuxottica at local, regional, and national trade shows.
• Develop a business plan to meet quantitative and qualitative objectives for the territory.
