i9 Sports is seeking a Sports Coordinator to enhance the experience for players and coaches. The role involves building relationships with players, parents, and coaches while ensuring instructional aspects are delivered and observed. You will assist coaches during practices and games across all groups and skill levels.

You will empower volunteer coaches, demonstrate core concepts, and oversee game day operations with a positive, customer-service oriented approach throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently and solve problems.
• Awareness and ability to take charge to ensure player safety.
• Positive attitude and ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work weekends and some evenings for the full season.

Job Summary

The Sports Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. The Sports Coordinator will need to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered. Observing, assessing, and assisting our coaches is paramount. The position entails hands‑on involvement with practices and games among all groups and skill levels.

Responsibilities
