i9 Sports is seeking a Sports Coordinator to enhance the experience for players and coaches. You will build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while ensuring instructional aspects are delivered.

You will observe, assess, and assist coaches with hands-on involvement in practices and games across all age groups and skill levels. The role emphasizes delivering fun, safety, and good sportsmanship, with hands-on supervision of game-day operations and a positive customer-service

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently and solve problems.
• Awareness and ability to take charge to ensure players' safety.
• Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and some evenings for the season (≈7 weeks).

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.

Job Summary

The Sports Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. The Sports Coordinator will need to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered.
