Job summary

i9 Sports is seeking a Sports Coordinator to enhance the experience for players and coaches. The role involves building relationships with players, parents, and coaches while ensuring the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered.

Observing, assessing, and assisting our coaches is paramount, with hands‑on involvement in practices and games across all ages and skill levels. Responsibilities include empowering volunteer coaches to lead sessions, teaching core concepts

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge.
• Highly motivated self‑starter; can work independently & solve problems.
• Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players.
• Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, 7 weeks).
