Job summary

i9 Sports - North San Francisco County, CA is seeking a Sports Coordinator to enhance the experience for players and coaches. You will build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while ensuring instructional aspects are delivered.

Involves hands-on involvement with practices and games across all groups and skill levels. This role emphasizes coaching support, supervision of game day operations, and a positive customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently and solve problems.
• Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players.
• Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks).

Job Summary

The Sports Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. The Sports Coordinator will need to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered. Observing, assessing, and assisting our coaches is paramount. The position entails hands-on involvement with practices and games among all groups and skill levels.
