Job summary

Minnesota Coaches LLC is seeking a Sport Charter Driver to safely transport students and passengers for sports trips and school events. Training is provided for CDL holders, and the role offers a flexible schedule with typical hours from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, including occasional evenings and weekends based on trip schedules.

The position emphasizes safety and customer service, with responsibilities including pre/post-trip inspections, DOT compliance, and passenger assistance.

Qualifications

• CDL with passenger, school bus, and air brake endorsement preferred/required based on assignment.
• Paid CDL training available
• Acceptable driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screening
• Previous commercial driving experience preferred, but not required
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a school bus for assigned trips and events.
• Complete required pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Follow all DOT, state, and company safety requirements.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules and trip updates.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and required trip documentation.
• Assist passengers with boarding and general needs
