Job summary

Playfly Sports is seeking an Account Executive, Sponsorship Sales in Villanova, PA to pitch and close enterprise sponsorships with university partners. You will generate incremental revenue, support current sponsors, and engage at game-day and non-sporting events.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of sales experience with a proven quota record, plus strong presentation and communication skills, and a genuine passion for college sports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of sales experience required; integrated and conceptual sales preferred.
• Proven experience meeting assigned sales quota.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan to meet revenue targets.
• Identify and outreach to potential university sponsors and partners.
• Prospect, meet, and close new and renewal sponsorships.
• Develop and present sales decks and presentations for partners.
• Create proposals and draft/negotiate contracts.
• Represent the university and Playfly professionally at events.
• Support sponsors during game day and non-game events.
• Stay current with market trends in sports sponsorship.
