Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in project management, broadcast or media operations, sales support, or marketing operations.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across sales, creative, and production teams.
• Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to produce polished, sales-ready materials.
• Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com (or similar), document management platforms such as Box, and production tools like Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple sponsorships at once.
• Comfort working independently in a remote/hybrid environment.

Aufgaben

• Sponsorship Packages & Sales Materials: Partner with marketing and sales leadership to build and refine sponsorship packages, including names, tiers, and deliverables.
• Station & CPM Coordination: Serve as the coordination point between stations and CPMs on cross-market and multi-deliverable sponsorships.
• Define and organize scope, timelines, and deliverable requirements, and communicate them clearly to the relevant CPMs and station teams.
• Track and route the deliverables needed to fulfill larger sponsorship commitments, and flag risks or gaps early.
• Execute on sponsorship elements as needed.
• Process & Governance: Maintain a clear view of which sponsorship packages are active versus retired, and flag any materials or proposals that reference a retired package.
• Support sponsorship reviews by capturing notes and action items, and archive completed packages in Box.
• Coordinate with tech operations and design on process improvements.
• Keep process documentation current, track trends across sponsorships, and recommend improvements to streamline the workflow.
• Manage multiple sponsorships simultaneously across different stages, from package build through fulfillment.
