Job summary

Teall Properties Group, the TPG division of Teall Capital Partners, seeks a Partnership Services Coordinator in Winston-Salem for full-time sponsorship coordination and client services. You will assist with meetings, lead activation efforts, and manage inventory and CRM records across multiple properties.

Ideal candidates bring strategic thinking, strong communication, and relationship-building skills, plus familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Office-based role with occasional events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Experience with sponsorships or client services is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sponsorship meetings and bring sponsorship visions to life.
• Lead client service, ideation, sales operations and activation efforts with multiple properties.
• Establish framework and duties including outreach, digital/social media coordination, PR, and proposals.
• Liaison between corporate partners and property staff.
• Identify ideas for existing and potential corporate partners.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with sales on availability.
• Use CRM system to maintain records of accounts and prospects.
• Develop and present sponsorship advertising proposals.
• Participate in game-day events to engage sponsors.
• Support office operations and flexible hours.
