Job summary

Seattle Storm is seeking a Corporate Partnership Operations and Sales Analyst to streamline sponsorship processes, manage inventory, and deliver data-driven insights that drive revenue. You will own CRM, dashboards, and reporting, collaborating with Marketing and BI teams to support executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing/Business/Analytics or related field.
• 5+ years in sports business, marketing, sales ops or analytics.
• 3+ years in sports sponsorship department work preferred.
• Experience building and managing sales processes and inventory.
• Technical experience with CRM systems (Dynamics preferred), dashboards, recurring reports (Tableau) and SQL.
• Experience with lead generation tools (Apollo, SponsorUnited).
• Proficiency with data sources like YouGov and Scarbrough.

Responsibilities

• Streamline sales processes and optimize team efficiency.
• Manage sponsorship inventory across partners and opportunities with real-time accuracy.
• Oversee outreach campaigns, lead management, and sales materials development.
• Provide real-time data and insights to proposals and customer success.
• Develop dynamic reporting tools for revenue tracking, forecasting and campaign performance.
• Own CRM (Dynamics) and analytics platforms; ensure tool integrations and adoption.
