Arizona State University’s School of Electrical, Computer and Energy Engineering (ECEE) seeks a Financial Analyst 3 to provide intermediate to complex financial analysis, budgeting, and post-award support for sponsored projects and faculty accounts.

You will collaborate with faculty, staff, and university offices to monitor expenditures, prepare budgets and forecasts, ensure compliance, and deliver clear financial reporting to leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience in the area or equivalent.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for sponsored projects.

Mansioni

• Manage complex portfolio of sponsored projects and faculty accounts.
• Prepare budgets, projections, and financial analyses for leadership decision‑making.
• Review payroll, budget-to-actual, and sponsor reporting materials for compliance and accuracy.
• Advise on post‑award administrative documents and cost share tracking.
• Identify process improvements and lead related initiatives.
