Job summary

Akron Children's Hospital Rebecca D. Considine Research Institute seeks a Grants & Contracts Analyst to oversee the financial management of sponsored projects, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.

You will partner with PIs, researchers, and sponsors, supporting pre- and post-award activities and timely financial projections. Responsibilities include monthly PI reporting, invoice processing, grant modifications, payroll allocations, and closeout reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Three years of related experience required.
• No licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of awarded sponsored programs.
• Provide PI-centric monthly reporting.
• Conduct project kick-off meetings and summarize expenditures.
• Prepare annual and project closeout financial reports.
• Assist with monthly account certifications, invoices, POs and cost transfers.
