Job summary

Richmond Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare, part of the Centers Health Care consortium, is offering a fully sponsored CNA training program at Richmond Center in Staten Island, NY. After certification, compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.50 per hour.

Upon completion, trainees will work as CNAs in our skilled nursing facility, performing resident observation, hygiene assistance, feeding, and other duties while maintaining confidentiality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Sponsored CNA training program completed.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be in good standing with the State Registry.
• Ability to work as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Observe residents in assigned units.
• Report any health issues to supervising nurse.
• Assist with resident personal hygiene and daily care.
• Set up meal trays and document intake.
• Assist with feeding residents and supplements.
• Make beds and keep resident spaces clean and tidy.
• Transport residents within the facility.
• Turn bedridden residents to prevent bedsores.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility data.
