This AmLaw 100 client offers direct access to senior partners, hands-on training, and real client interaction on cutting-edge matters.

You will lead sponsor-side formation, draft and refine core fund documents and investor materials, support fundraisings, coordinate with tax, regulatory and finance teams, with daily client contact

Qualifications

• Class years 2018–2021 from a nationally recognized firm or fund practice.
• Solid experience in sponsor-side fund formation and investor negotiations.
• Strong drafting, organizational rigor, and a steady handle on timelines.

Responsibilities

• Sponsor-side formation for private equity funds and related vehicles.
• Draft, negotiate, and refine core fund documents and investor materials.
• Support fundraisings and closings, coordinate with tax, regulatory, and finance teams.
• Daily client contact and responsibility scaled to experience, with mentorship baked in.
