You’ll advise fund sponsors on structuring and launching private investment vehicles across a range of asset classes. Expect to handle fund formation, internal sponsor arrangements, operational matters, and regulatory issues. The group operates at scale across major financial centers and is known for its cross-office collaboration and sophisticated sponsor-side work.
At least 3 years of experience focused on private equity fund formation
Exposure to fund operations and regulatory frameworks
Strong drafting skills and the ability to manage complex workstreams
Experience advising institutional clients on sponsor-side matters is key
