Advocates Legal Recruiting in Los Angeles is seeking a lawyer with sponsor-side fund formation experience to join a leading private equity platform.

You will draft, negotiate, and refine core fund documents and investor materials, support fundraisings and closings, and coordinate with tax, regulatory, and finance teams while maintaining close daily client contact and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Class years 2018–2021 from a nationally recognized firm or fund practice.
• Solid experience in sponsor-side fund formation and investor negotiations.
• Strong drafting, organizational rigor, and a steady handle on timelines.
