Job summary

Qualifications

• History of outstanding academic achievement.
• Effective presentation, communication, and writing skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

• Strong quantitative and analytical background; experience in modeling and valuation techniques is a plus.
• Demonstrated interest in private equity and other alternative investment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Working alongside senior professionals to execute secondary transactions at every stage of the deal process.
• Preparing presentation materials tailored for prospective clients.
• Conducting comprehensive due diligence on potential transactions using various financial and industry analyses.
• Creating transaction marketing materials, including financial models, investor decks, CIMs and process letters.
• Supporting the logistics of capital raising and investor due diligence activities, such as data rooms, meetings, investor requests and feedback.
• Maintaining multiple information databases and monitored market data.
