The Role

We’re looking for a Sponsor Logistics & Success Coordinator to join our Sponsor Operations team. This is a client-facing role focused on guiding sponsors through the event lifecycle and ensuring they have a seamless, organized, and successful experience from the moment they come on board through on-site execution. Reporting to the Sponsor Operations Manager, You’ll serve as a key point of contact for sponsors, helping them understand what they need to provide, keeping deliverables and deadlines on track, answering questions, coordinating requirements across internal teams, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. What we’re looking for is someone who is exceptionally organized, communicative, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.

The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys working with people, can keep track of a lot of moving pieces at once, and knows how to make clients feel supported while still confidently driving them toward deadlines and decisions.

What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a fantastic Sponsor Logistics & Success Coordinator to join our event operations team. As part of this team, you will work with Sponsors and Partners before, during and after our events. This is a client facing role, and your responsibilities will include:

• Sponsor Onboarding & Management: On-boarding sponsors, and collecting logos, descriptions etc. and tracking all sponsor deliverables
• Sponsor Point-of-Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors post-sale, ensuring a smooth and professional end-to-end experience
• Managing Sponsors to Successful Outcomes: Managing sponsors & exhibitors from contract signing through pre-event planning and onsite execution
• Coordinate timelines and requirements with internal teams to ensure all sponsor commitments are met.
• Onsite Sponsor Management: Support on-site sponsor management during events, resolving issues quickly and ensuring sponsor satisfaction
• Build Sponsor Relationships: Build strong relationships with sponsors, acting as a trusted partner and advocate throughout the event lifecycle
• You’ll also handle ad-hoc projects as needed
