Job summary

Syneos Health currently seeks an Experienced Clinical Research Associate in a Sponsor Dedicated role. The CRA will monitor sites, ensure GCP compliance, manage data integrity, and support site qualification, initiation, and close-out visits both on-site and remotely.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or RN, strong communication skills, and be willing to travel up to 75% of the time, with robustness in documentation and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN required.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits (onsite or remote) ensuring regulatory, ICH‑GCP and GPP compliance.
• Verifies informed consent, protects subject confidentiality, and assesses factors affecting subject safety and data integrity.
• Reviews ISF vs TMF accuracy; supports site performance, training and audit readiness; drives timely query resolution.
• Manages IP inventory, storage, labeling, and traceability per protocol; ensures proper dispensing.
• Maintains site files, supports recruitment and retention strategies; enters data into tracking systems to monitor observations and actions.
• Prepares for Investigator Meetings and sponsor meetings; collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines.
