Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate for sponsor-dedicated work. The role supports remote monitoring across sites, ensuring ICH-GCP compliance and data integrity, with substantial travel and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree or RN, has knowledge of GCP/regulatory requirements, and demonstrates strong communication skills to support audits and sponsor interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage required travel up to 75% regularly.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, monitoring, management and close-out visits (on-site or remote) ensuring regulatory and protocol compliance.
• Verifies informed consent process and protects subject confidentiality.
• Reviews ISF/TMF, assists with source data verification and query resolution.
• Tracks IP inventory, labeling, storage and accountability.
• Supports site recruitment, retention and data capture activities.
