Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate - Sponsor Dedicated. The role emphasizes remote monitoring, site qualification, and ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP and study protocols.

You will support source document review, data integrity, IP handling, and maintain close collaboration with sponsor sites. A Bachelor’s degree or RN and strong communication skills are required, with up to 75% travel in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis.
• US ONLY: As part of your employment with Syneos Health, you may be deployed to Sites that require certain medical and other personal information to gain facility access.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities and close-out visits (on-site or remotely) ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and/or GPP compliance.
• Verifies informed consent processes and protects subject confidentiality; assesses safety and data integrity factors at sites.
• Conducts Source Document Review and retains CRF data accuracy and completeness; drives query resolution.
• Manages IP inventory and ensures proper labeling, handling and release.
• Reconciles ISF with TMF and ensures archiving of essential documents.
• Supports recruitment, retention and awareness strategies; tracks observations and action items.
• Understands project scope, budgets and timelines; adapts to changing priorities to meet goals.
• May liaise with study site personnel and sponsor representatives; ensures site team training and compliance.
• Prepares for Investigator Meetings and sponsor meetings; participates in training sessions.
