Hotstart, located in Spokane, WA, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Tech to join the manufacturing engineering team. The role focuses on hands-on problem solving, supporting day-to-day production, and collaborating across functions to improve processes.

You will help update work instructions, support changes in manufacturing operations, and participate in lean manufacturing activities and continuous improvement projects. A strong mechanical background and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have a degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology or a related engineering field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are required.
• Comfortable in office and production-floor environments; able to communicate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with production staff and engineers to identify issues and develop shop-floor friendly solutions.
• Update work instructions and manufacturing documentation as processes change.
• Support engineering changes, reviews, and related production information.
