Job summary

Priority Tax Relief is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Consultant to connect with prospective clients, understand tax-related concerns, and identify potential solutions through our services. No prior sales experience is required; the ideal candidate is coachable and motivated to grow, with strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset.

You will develop client relationships, overcome objections, and contribute to achieving performance goals while earning commissions.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills are essential.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and in-person when needed.
• Proven ability to handle objections and stay motivated by targets.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective clients by phone and other approved channels
• Build trust with clients through professional, empathetic conversations
• Listen to understand client concerns and needs
• Learn and communicate Priority Tax Relief’s services and solutions
• Accurately collect and document sensitive client information
• Maintain records of client interactions and follow-up tasks
• Respond promptly to client questions and inquiries

• Collaborate with team members to support a positive client experience
• Participate in training, coaching, and professional development
