Job summary

SpaceX in Hawthorne seeks a Supervisor for the Security Protective Operations Center to oversee the daily management of the SPOC team, ensuring facilities and personnel are secure and operational. In the absence of the Security Manager, you will handle administrative duties, coach SPOC Operators, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

This role requires 6+ years in security operations, strong communication, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a Security Operations Center (SOC)
• 4+ years of security officer/military/law enforcement experience
• 2+ years in the SPOC

Responsibilities

• Oversee security programs, protocols and policies; ensure duties are completed
• Supervise and mentor personnel and deliver performance reviews
• Analyze situations and formulate action plans
• Communicate security priorities to senior management and stakeholders
