Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Splunk Cloud and Splunk Enterprise.
• Architect-level CCaaS experience and executive communication.
• Proven client-facing consulting leadership and delivery accountability.
• Ability to develop go-to-market strategies and offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead Splunk architecture design across cloud and on-premise deployments.
• Shape go-to-market strategy and drive initial customer engagements.
• Define service portfolio, delivery methodologies, and standards.
• Build and scale the Splunk Professional Services Practice.
• Collaborate with Cisco, Splunk, and cross-functional teams to grow revenue.
