Job summary

Epic Systems Corporation is seeking a Splunk Engineer to optimize and maintain our cloud Splunk installation. You will enable IT operations, Security, R&D, and BI teams to leverage Splunk for critical workflows. Relocation to the Madison area is provided with comprehensive relocation support.

You should have a Bachelor's degree and experience with Splunk administration; Cribl, GitLab CI/CD, and IaC tools are a plus. Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with interest or experience in Splunk administration.
• Experience with Cribl is a plus and CI/CD concepts including GitLab preferred.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform) helpful.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and maintain Epic's Splunk cloud installation.
• Help teams realize the potential of the Splunk platform across IT ops, Security, R&D, and BI.
• Identify and implement new, impactful Splunk use cases.
