Job summary

Epic Systems Corporation is seeking a Splunk Engineer to optimize and maintain our cloud Splunk installation. You will help teams realize the potential of the platform across IT operations, Security, R&D, and BI, with a focus on identifying impactful new use cases.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and experience or interest in Splunk administration; Cribl, GitLab, Ansible, and Terraform experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience or interest in Splunk administration; Cribl experience is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD concepts; GitLab experience a plus.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code concepts; Ansible and Terraform a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• As a Splunk Engineer, optimize and maintain our cloud installation.
• Identify and implement new and impactful use cases for Splunk.
• Support IT operations, Security, R&D, and BI across the organization.
