Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and maintain Epic's cloud Splunk installation.
• Identify and implement new and impactful use cases for the Splunk platform.
• Collaborate with IT Ops, Security, R&D and BI teams to support critical workloads.
