Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent.
• Experience or interest in Splunk administration; Cribl is a plus.
• Familiar with CI/CD concepts; GitLab a plus.
• Familiar with Infrastructure as Code concepts; Ansible and Terraform a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize Epic's cloud Splunk installation.
• Collaborate with IT Operations, Security, R&D, and BI teams to deploy use cases.
• Identify and implement new and impactful Splunk use cases across the org.
