Epic Systems Corporation is seeking a Splunk Engineer to optimize and maintain our cloud Splunk installation, supporting IT operations, Security, R&D, and BI. The role offers relocation assistance and the opportunity to drive innovative use cases across the Epic platform.

Based on our Madison, WI campus, the position requires relocation to the area. Epic recruits nationally and provides relocation support to help engineers join our growing tech hub near Madison.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience or interest in Splunk administration; Cribl experience is a plus.
Experience with CI/CD concepts and GitLab experience is a plus.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code concepts and technologies; Ansible and Terraform are a plus.
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Optimize and maintain Epic's cloud Splunk installation to support IT operations, Security, R&D, and BI.
Help teams realize the potential of the Splunk platform and identify impactful use cases.
Provide creative solutions and contribute to ongoing Splunk-related improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable monitoring and analytics.
