Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ year of Splunk Administration experience; Cribl experience is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD concepts and technologies; GitLab experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code concepts and technologies; Ansible and Terraform are a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

• Optimize and maintain the cloud Splunk deployment for Epic's teams.
• Help IT operations, Security, R&D, and Business Intelligence realize Splunk's potential.
• Identify and implement new and impactful Splunk use cases for the organization.
