Job summary

Home Work Staffing is seeking a reliable part-time nanny for a long-term split-shift role in West Bloomfield, MI. The position covers mornings and late afternoons, with school drop-offs and pickups, homework help, and light childcare.

You'll drive the children's schedules, utilize the family's vehicle, and maintain a calm, organized routine. The family values punctuality, safety, and consistent engagement for two children aged 7 and 15.

Qualifications

• Prior professional nanny or childcare experience, ideally with school-age children.
• Valid driver's license and comfortable driving the family’s vehicle.
• Punctual and dependable for split-shift hours and early starts.
• Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references.

Responsibilities

• Help both children get ready for school in the mornings.
• Drive both children to and from their schools in the family's vehicle.
• Provide engaged after-school care for the 7-year-old, including snacks and homework help.
• Keep schedules and school logistics organized for both children.
• Communicate regularly with parents about the day, schedules and any concerns.
