Job summary

The Aquatics Attendant at the Kroc Center is responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for all guests using the slide and splash play areas. This role combines safety supervision, friendly rule enforcement, and hands-on support to create a fun and welcoming environment for families and children.

The Splash Play area is open Tuesday and Thursday 11:00 am - 1:00 pm, Monday-Thursday 4pm - 8:30pm; Friday 4pm-7:30pm and Saturday 12pm-5:30pm.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to communicate effectively and interact professionally.

Responsibilities

• Enforce Kroc rules to provide a safe environment.
• Provide constant safety supervision for patrons using the slide and splash area.
• Assist guests with lifejackets and proper slide technique.
• Notify lifeguards of weak swimmers.
• Dispatch sliders when catch pool is clear.
• Maintain cleanliness of pool, slide area, deck, and surrounding areas.
• Deliver excellent customer service to participants.
